Moving day with Susie and Lucy the puppies, Harry the rabbit also Lois the turtle! Yikes!!
Moving day is pretty stressful and nerve racking for your pets. They get a little nippy, tummy ache, sometimes they vomit and at times run away. Here are a few pointers to ease their day.
1. Don't forget the water dish and dog food to last a few days, just in case you can't run to the store.
2. Take there bed or something they are familiar with and also has your scent. This will make them feel a little safer.
3. Chew toys are good and raw hides are even better. They will chew on raw hides forever.
4. Bring their medications if they have any.
5. Putting them in a room that is already for them in the new house and or at a friends house, or back yard. Make sure they cannot escape!
6. Talk to your Vet for more ideas!
Just remember Pets are family too!
